We are looking for full and part-time instructors to instruct teen drivers in the classroom and on the road.

Option 1:

Contact Mr. Reggie Flythe at rflythe@jordandriving.com to request an application and information about the upcoming instructor training course offered through Jordan Driving School using the DMV certification course. He will provide the specifics about the course and expectations for moving forward. The face-to-face course is offered three times per year and meets in Southeast Raleigh or Garner. If you cannot attend our course, please let Mr. Flythe know that you are interested in another opportunity offered through Jordan Driving School.

Option 2:

If you would like to be considered for a course offered in the spring by the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction's Driver Education Section, complete this form.

This course is taught twice a year via remote delivery and lasts for 17 weeks. In addition to NC DMV laws, you will learn how to create and execute lesson plans for classroom and in-car instruction and will work with teachers from around the state.  Teachers who complete the program will receive an add-on license, area 096: Safety and Traffic Education. Non-licensed staff will receive a restricted license acknowledged by NCDPI.

The Next Step and More Info

Upon successful completion of either option, along with verification through a national background check, you will then be available for job consideration through Jordan Driving School, the contracted driver education provider for WCPSS. Should you have additional questions, please email employment@jordandriving.com.
